Warranty statement for repairs

In addition to the statutory warranty we, Sinn Spezialuhren GmbH, Wilhelm-Fay-Straße 21, 65936 Frankfurt am Main, also provide a warranty of durability for the services we provide as part of our watch repair service. The warranty for services only relates to the work carried out and the parts replaced.

The warranty is valid worldwide, and the warranty period for the service is two years from notification that the watch is ready to collect or from the date the watch is returned to you.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, we will repair the watch for you at no additional cost.

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage caused by.

• Improper use
• Repairs or attempted repairs which were not carried out by us or our authorised partners. A list of authorised partners can be found in the Sales and Service Partners menu on our website www.sinn.de.
• Signs of wear and tear, especially to straps
• The use of force (blows, knocks, impact)

Repairs not carried out by us, repair services within the scope of the warranty and the statutory warranty and repairs carried out as a gesture of goodwill are also excluded from the warranty.

In order to approve the warranty, we will need the watch and the repair receipt (invoice) with a detailed description of the damage.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will bear the costs of sending and returning the watch as well as the transport risk, provided that the transport is carried out by the transport company specified by us and the watch has been securely packaged. Any costs incurred for customs duties, import duties and other fees to return the watch to the recipient country must be borne by the recipient.

We provide this warranty in addition to your existing statutory rights for defects. These rights are not restricted by the warranty and they can be exercised free of charge.
