On November 9, 1961, the company Sinn Spezialuhren was entered in the commercial register in Frankfurt am Main, A choice of location that surely benefited from being in the center of Germany.
From the very beginning, our company produced fine pocket watches, usually as genuinely special pieces and for equally special occasions. Just think of the "Double Face" which is particularly coveted by collectors. Or the rapidly sold out Model 1996 anniversary pocket watch with which we celebrated the 35-year existence of the company.
We continued this tradition with our model 1900. This exclusive pocket watch carries the image of "our" city from generation to generation. Hand-engraved in the flat style by master craftsmen, it will bear the image of the new and distinctive buildings of the changing Frankfurt skyline year after year. The hand engraving of the appropriate year documents the architectural changes.
Each edition of our Frankfurt Pocket Watch is correspondingly consecutively numbered. The hand engraving carried out individually and signed by our master engraver makes every single watch an unmistakably unique timepiece and a very special witness to history.
